Terms of Service

Welcome to Finest Prints. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Finest Prints provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer printing services based on customer-submitted artwork. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Artwork Submission

When submitting artwork, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

  • Your file is print-ready (correct size, resolution, and format).

  • You have reviewed spelling, sizing, colors, and placement before checkout.

We print exactly what is uploaded. We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling or design errors in submitted files

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Color shifts due to RGB/CMYK differences or monitor settings

If a file appears severely flawed, we may attempt to contact you, but we are not obligated to edit or correct artwork.

3. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the copyright or have authorization to use the design.

  • The design does not infringe on any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights.

Finest Prints is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse to print copyrighted or trademarked materials at our discretion.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once:

  • Payment is received in full

  • Files are properly submitted and approved

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete files

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • High-volume periods

  • Force majeure events (weather, power outages, etc.)

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian dollars).
Payment must be made in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Reprints

If an error is caused by Finest Prints (e.g., incorrect item, print defect, production mistake), we will reprint or replace the item at no cost.

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Incorrect files uploaded

  • Low-resolution artwork

  • Customer spelling errors

  • Incorrect sizing selected

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Improper heat pressing or application errors

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

7. Shipping

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Finest Prints is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Shipping delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

Finest Prints shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage

  • Application errors after the transfer is delivered

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Offensive or illegal content

  • Copyrighted or trademarked designs without proof of authorization

  • Abusive or inappropriate customer behavior

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
