At Finest Prints, we truly care about your order. Your brand/designs is important to you — and that makes it important to us.
We work hard to ensure every DTF transfer leaves our shop vibrant, crisp, and ready to press. And if something isn’t right on our end — don’t worry. We will always make it right.
If We Made a Mistake
If there is a defect or production error caused by us, we will:

Reprint your order at no cost

Rush the replacement when possible

Cover any shipping related to our error
Examples include:

Incorrect size printed (different from order confirmation)

Missing items
-
Print defects (smudging, ink issues, alignment errors caused by us)

Wrong design printed
Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll take care of it right away.
File & Artwork Responsibility
To keep turnaround fast and pricing affordable, we print exactly what you upload.
Because of this, refunds or reprints cannot be issued for:

Incorrect file uploaded
-
Low-resolution or blurry artwork
-
Transparent or pixelated images
-
Spelling or design errors in your file
-
Incorrect sizing submitted
-
Color variations due to RGB vs CMYK differences
-
Artwork that prints differently than expected because of file quality
We strongly recommend:

300 DPI resolution
-
Transparent background (PNG preferred)
-
Proper sizing before upload
-
Double-checking spelling and layout
If you’re unsure about your file, message us before production — we’re happy to help!
Color & Pressing Disclaimer
DTF transfers may vary slightly in color depending on:

Screen brightness
-
Fabric type
-
Heat press temperature & pressure
We are not responsible for pressing errors (temperature, pressure, or peeling issues due to incorrect application settings). We include recommended pressing instructions with every order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
